Quality and Environmental Policy

LLORENTE BUS, S.L., has established the Quality and Environmental Policy applicable throughout the organisation. Hence, in my position of Managing Director of this company in this place of employment, I would like to inform employees, suppliers, customers and society at large of our commitment towards customer satisfaction, protecting the environment and the rational use of natural resources. The scope of our system is both regular (general) and also special (discretionary) transport of passengers by road.

Because of LLORENTE BUS's commitment towards customer satisfaction and being environmentally friendly, it has implemented and maintains an Integrated Management System which included the established requirements and the following rules (updated version):

- requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard,
- requirements of SICTED system,
- requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 14001 standard,
- requirements of the UNE-EN 13816 standard, and
- all the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our organisation,

Requirements integrated within a global approach focused on continuous improving management efficacy and efficiency. The guidelines of our Quality and Environment policy are aimed at satisfying our customers’ expectations, continuous improvement and preventing pollution.The company is committed to:

- Providing services to our customers, guaranteeing their requirements are met and that they are satisfied, completely covering all their needs within our sphere of action.
- Promoting information, training and communication between the members of the organisation in order to reach the targets set.
- Carrying out the service, complying with all legal requirements and other requirements the organisation has committed itself to in environmental matters, and meeting customer's requirements so as to satisfy their needs.
- Applying criteria to minimise and recycle any waste generated.
- Reducing pollution and environmental impacts and non-conformities arising from any incorrect provision of our services.
- Training its employees to continuously improve quality and service.
- Constantly striving to improve the efficiency of the Integrated Management System.

We have created certain quantifiable objectives, based around the Quality Policy, which the Quality Officer will regularly check. I wish to use this document to underline the importance of the activities we all have to perform, how important it is to meet all the legal and regulatory requirements, and to remind you that we all have to work together in order for us to meet our targets. In order to help develop the Integrated Management System, I am committed to providing all the necessary human and material resources. I call on all of you to make your best efforts to correctly develop the Quality and Environmental Management System.
